v8.13.5 Durable Launcher: the launcher preserves the current work order through UAC and no longer depends on one fixed PS1 filename. It tries the current manifest/versioned GUI, a pinned known-good web copy, and finally a locally cached last-known-good GUI. Every downloaded PowerShell file must pass a syntax/identity check before it can launch.

After download, run the custom CMD. It preserves the work order, resolves a working GUI source, validates the PS1, saves a last-known-good local copy, asks for UAC, and passes the context path + token into the elevated GUI.
